Kites Above Newcastle

L!vesites presents Kites Above Newcastle a mammoth weekend of FREE family activities on January 22 and 23 from 10am to 6pm.

The festival will stretch from Foreshore Park to Nobbys Beach and feature kite flying demonstrations exhibiting up to 50 large kites, kite making workshops and amazing sand sculptures.

There will also be jumping castles, giant board games, model trains, boats and cars, street performers and more!  

There are no bookings required and refreshments can be purchased at the venue.

L!vesites is an initiative of the City of Newcastle, Hunter Development Corporation and Arts NSW.
